Meet Your Host

Your retreat host is a Master Teacher Saria. Pilates Instructor who loves to entertain. She is easy to talk to, organized, and accommodating, and will go out of her way to make sure you feel welcome.

She started teaching Pilates in 2014. She was trained in the US and has led instructor training courses in both the US and in Bali. Her teaching style is meticulous, as she seeks to educate her clients in a way that enhances their day to day life outside of the studio.

Her classes are known to be extremely challenging but achievable, due to her ability to instruct progressively and clearly articulate complex concepts and movements. She will guide you safely and effectively through exercises you didn’t know you could do, challenging you both mentally and physically. She will be your biggest hype girl and fan!

Your stay in Seminyak has been carefully chosen. You will be 5 minute walk away from one of Bali’s most famous beaches – Seminyak Beach. White sand beaches, pristine waves, beach clubs, and good vibes can all be found here.

All the rooms in our boutique hotel are private, king size, en-suite studios where you will form friendships that will last a lifetime.

Your Seminyak Stay

Itinerary

Day 1

We will be slowly starting our day, waiting for everyone to arrive. If you find yourself the first one to arrive at the villa, please enjoy some down time, refreshments and relax in the pool.
First Reformer Pilates class of the retreat at beautiful Legian studio – this will stretching and de-tensing from the travel and ease you to start of the retreat
Dinner will be served at the villa

Day 2

Morning Reformer Pilates at Legian studio
Breakfast at the villa
Surf class in Seminyak – your instructor will be picking you up from the villa at around 9.30am
Light lunch at the villa
Pilates Foundation Workshop at the Studio
Enjoy a relaxing in-villa massage after a long active day
Dinner will be served at the villa

Day 3

Reformer class at Sunset Pilates Studio in Legian
Breakfast smoothies at the villa
Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop with Nikk
Head to Padang Padang beach in Uluwatu for swims and hangs. You will receive a packed lunch to take with you
Visit Uluwatu Temple
Kecak Dance
Dinner at the famous Jimbaran Fish Market

Day 4

Reformer class at the Sunset Pilates Studio in Legian. This will be a sweaty HIIT style class, Make sure not to go to sleep too late the night before 🙂
Brunch will be served at the villa
2hrs of wellness at our favourite Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge spot.
Your wellness day continues at Kaiana Spa Where you will be able to pick your own treatments. Can have a shower after your treatments to get changed for dinner
Enjoy dinner at the iconic Made’s Warung to indulge in genuine Indonesian dishes!
