PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING A RETREAT WITH SUNSET PILATES RETREATS BALI (SPBR), YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking any retreat, class, or service offered by Sunset Pilates Bali Retreats (SPBR), you (the “participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. SPBR may update these terms at any time with notice. The most recent version will always be available via the “Terms and Conditions” link on our website. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Cancellations made 31 days or more before the retreat start date: Partial refunds may be issued (excluding the non-refundable deposit), but are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable.

No refunds or payment transfers will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: weather disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, travel delays, health issues, personal emergencies, work conflicts, or a change of plans. This includes all COVID-related circumstances.

If a retreat has not reached at least 50% capacity 90 days before its scheduled start, SPBR reserves the right to cancel. In such cases, deposits remain non-refundable.

SPBR is not liable for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or flights, even in the event of retreat cancellation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

ROOM INFORMATION

Participants must be 18 years or older.
In some retreats, we rent private villas. While all rooms are priced equally, there may be slight differences in size and amenities.
We do our best to honor room requests, but cannot make guarantees.

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking increases the likelihood of fulfilling your preferences.

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

Your payment covers one individual retreat space, including lodging, meals, and included transport.
SPBR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing personal or sponsored items.
SPBR is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections.
Sponsored items (if any) are complementary and not part of the retreat price — missing them does not qualify for a refund.
All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Except for special Early Bird promotions, pricing is the same for all guests.
A valid passport is required for international travel to Bali.
Retreat balances must be paid in full at least 30 days before the retreat starts. Cash payments upon arrival are not accepted.

Travel insurance is not included but strongly recommended.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

Our retreats may involve services from third-party vendors (e.g., for catering, transportation, and accommodations). SPBR is not responsible for the actions or services provided by these vendors and is not liable for any issues arising from them. You accept that any dealings with third-party providers are at your own risk.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

Any disputes or claims between you and SPBR, including its representatives, must be resolved through final and binding arbitration.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. Invalid provisions will be replaced with ones that are legally enforceable and as similar as possible in intent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in SPBR services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SPBR and its staff from any liability related to negligence, loss, claims, actions, or damages arising out of your participation in SPBR retreats. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal expenses incurred.
