Welcome to Sunset Pilates Bali — the first Pilates studio on the island.

Established in 2007 by local Balinese owners, Sunset Pilates is a pioneer in the Bali Pilates community — the first ever Pilates studio to open on the island. We now have three thriving locations and stand as a trusted local leader in Pilates fitness and education.

As a leading educator, Sunset Pilates Bali Academy has trained dozens of instructors, many of whom have gone on to open their own Bali-based studios. Our Academy holds high standards, and the teaching skills of our graduates reflect that.

After eighteen years of teaching Pilates and welcoming people from around the world into our studios, we’ve opened up a new chapter: on-demand Pilates retreats in Bali, built around private groups.
