Enjoy group activities hosted by our friendly, outgoing host/instructor, as well as free time to explore on your own.

Our small group, women only, child-free environment will allow you to immerse yourself in the moment and disconnect from the day to day grind. Fitness, fun, and sun is our priority!

Meet Your Host

Your retreat host, Saria, is a Master Pilates Instructor who loves to entertain. She is easy to talk to, organized, and accommodating, and will go out of her way to make sure you feel welcome.

Saria started teaching Pilates in 2014. She was trained in the US and has led instructor training courses in both the US and in Bali. Her teaching style is meticulous, as she seeks to educate her clients in a way that enhances their day to day life outside of the studio.

Her classes are known to be extremely challenging but achievable, due to her ability to instruct progressively and clearly articulate complex concepts and movements. She will guide you safely and effectively through exercises you didn’t know you could do, challenging you both mentally and physically. She will be your biggest hype girl and fan!

What’s Included

7 days, 6 nights at the beautiful Kresna By the Sea Villa. A two minute walk to Seminyak Beach.
Daily group classes on the Mat and Reformer. No experience with Pilates? No problem. Our knowledgeable instructor has years of experience teaching mixed level classes.
Kick back and feast! Enjoy delectable, nutritious meals, snacks, and smoothies/juices prepared daily by a private chef. Breakfast is served with mimosas!
Unlimited bottled water, tea, and coffee.
Group experiences (if you’re not feeling it, there is no pressure to participate): one guided surf session, IV hydration within the comfort of the villa, Morin Boat Tour, float therapy at x establishment, guided rooftop meditation at Potato Head Beach Club.
